Description

• VentureWell is seeking a Programs Director to lead the Commercialization Program Vertical with a focus on Commercialization Services • The Programs Director will manage a team of program staff, collaborate with other Directors and the VP, and lead program innovation and implementation. • Responsibilities include strategic leadership, business development, program oversight, team management, and planning for the department's success.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required (e.g. MA/MS, MBA, PhD, etc.) • At least 8 years of work experience, with 3 years managing a team • 5 years of experience in collaborative teams, ideally virtual • Experience in diagnostic and/or medical device design, development, and/or commercialization • Track record of managing funder and/or partner relationships • Ability to work in an environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines • Experience with marginalized groups • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Benefits

• Salary range of $130,000-$160,000 commensurate with experience and internal equity • 403(b) plan with 200% match up to a maximum contribution from VentureWell of 10% when the employee puts in 5% • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • $1,000 home office stipend upon hire • 20 paid vacation days PLUS the week off between Christmas and New Years • 12 paid wellness days
