• Drive Sales, Upsells, and Cross-sells • Identify and secure net new business by identifying and selling prospects. • Evaluate prospects by evaluating their position in the industry; both by revenue and by strategic value. • Achieve revenue goals, quarterly and annually. • Enhance relationships and sell additional products and services to existing customers. • Work with the internal teams to evaluate current product adoption and future product potential. • Own the Relationship with Existing Customers • Identify & close sell-in opportunities expanding VENZA presence in the customer's business. • Achieve sales goals. • Ensure customer satisfaction and gain commitment for renewal revenues. • Build Collaborative Internal Relationships • Lead internal kickoff sessions. • Monitor the progress of accounting receivables and actively contribute to internal initiatives and sessions to ensure positive account balances. • Communicate feedback from the marketplace to internal teams. • Promote product “release” events.
• Recent experience selling into the hospitality space. • Experience in a fast-paced working environment and the ability to multitask and troubleshoot under pressure. • Experience selling SaaS-based products. • Possesses the drive and energy required to be part of a team of like-minded professionals. • Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods. • Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent time management skills. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Excellent presentation skills, data interpretation, and diagram builds. • Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services. • Possesses knowledge of competitive products and markets. • Travel-time (>25%)
