📋 Description

• Develop and review preventive and predictive maintenance plans and lubrication programs for assets. • Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, plan compliance and costs), proposing improvements. • Analyze corporate spare parts inventories and support administrative meetings. • Manage material and spare parts data in the CMMS/EAM. • Ensure availability and technical standardization of materials for scheduled maintenance. • Ensure integrity of critical assets and compliance with technical standards. • Support industrial risk analyses using tools such as FMEA and Bow-Tie.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical vocational qualification and a university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production/Industrial, Chemical or related fields) • Technical course in maintenance • 3 years of experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) in an industrial environment. • English – intermediate technical level (for reading manuals and articles).
