📋 Description

• Conduct highly complex and sensitive investigations into employee relations matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations • Identify innovative solutions by gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing detailed investigation reports and report-outs • Provide guidance and support to management on labor relations issues, including union organizing campaigns, contract negotiations, and grievance resolution • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners on challenges and opportunities within assigned business units • Consult as a Labor and Employee Relations specialist on potential restructuring business cases and proposals to terminate roles in EMEA • Provide training, coaching, and counseling to HR Business Partners • Serve as a strategic thought partner to assigned business units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field • Significant experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, or related HR roles • Demonstrated track record of conducting complex investigations, influencing stakeholders, and delivering practical business solutions • Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations • Experience working with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity • Fluency in English is required • Additional European language skills, particularly German or French, would be advantageous • Master's degree preferred • Professional certifications such as CPID, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus
