📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support • Build a strong business partnership with teams by providing consultancy on organizational and cultural issues • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational and employee success • Conduct DACH market research to support internal salary benchmarking and role evaluation • Review and implement strategic HR processes, policies, and procedures • Support change management processes through ongoing organizational analysis and change management programs • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including performance, talent development, team building, and organizational changes • Support managers in building employee career paths and identifying development opportunities and training needs • Partner with the global Employee Success team to optimize a consistent employee experience globally • Partner with finance, legal, and IT to improve the employee experience • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external authorities • Report to the VP of HR EMEA

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in an HR business partnership role, preferably in a high-tech/startup company, Professional Services or Consultancy firm • 3+ years experience working with global teams • Proven experience in working with senior technical leadership end to end • Good judgment and ability to make independent decisions aided by process, documents, and management inputs where required • Can scale from strategic to hands-on; experience in both small/medium and big company environments is a plus • Experience in organizing and coordinating company events • Fluency in Germany and English is essential • Knowledge of DACH Labor Law and related legal regulations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in a global environment/scaling teams
