📋 Description

• Shaping the entire employee journey from recruitment to exit • Central point of contact between employees, managers and company processes • Trusted contact person for employees • Advising, challenging and coaching managers on people-related topics • Responsibility for internal projects • Questioning and continuously optimizing existing processes and workflows • Targeted use of AI tools to convert manual tasks into automated workflows

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Experience in fast-paced environments and dynamic structures • Confident support and advising of managers • Strong coaching mentality • Solid knowledge of labor law • Enthusiasm for the work and passion for aligning employee concerns with business goals • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics • Ability to work in a German- and English-speaking work environment • Experience in analyzing internal metrics and deriving effective initiatives • Experience in implementing AI-supported processes is desirable
