📋 Description

• Manage the entire employee life-cycle-process for the growing and worldwide-distributed team • Take responsibility for compliance with German, French and Dutch employment laws and regulations • Reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance • Participate in probationary period reviews, annual review meetings, and disciplinary meetings • Support implementation of HR software from scratch • Address demands, grievances, and other issues with diplomacy and care • Strengthen middle management with leadership advice • Track sickness quota and annual leave absences • Build bridges between management and the team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related field • Hands-on experience with HR practices and employee management • Strong understanding of German or French labour law and legal requirements • Fluent in English and at least two relevant languages, including French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or others • Excellent listening skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Reliability, discretion, and confidentiality
