📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day HR support for employees and managers in Germany • Manage recruitment, including job ads, screening, interviews and hiring-process coordination • Handle onboarding, offboarding and employee changes • Prepare and coordinate monthly German payroll • Prepare employment contracts, amendments and other HR documentation • Support managers with German employment and HR matters • Manage HR administration and employee data in HiBob • Ensure local HR processes and documentation meet German requirements • Improve and develop HR processes as the organisation grows • Support global HR initiatives with the wider HR team • Report to the Head of HR • Collaborate closely with the global HR team based in Stockholm

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of broad HR experience in Germany • Good practical knowledge of German employment law and HR requirements • Experience with payroll preparation and HR administration • Experience in recruitment and onboarding • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with employees and managers • Structured, hands-on and pragmatic approach • Strong attention to detail • Fluency in German and English • Experience from an international or fast-growing company is a plus
