📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay groups and legal entities • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery • Own payroll lifecycle components in local payroll systems, including data validation, reconciliations, issue resolution, and final outputs • Administer commissions, bonuses, equity transactions, severance, and retroactive adjustments in compliance with local regulations • Monitor payroll timelines and escalate risks when inputs are incomplete or delayed • Maintain SOX-compliant, audit-ready documentation • Support audit and reporting requests • Respond to employee inquiries and support stakeholders with accurate, timely data • Identify process improvement opportunities • Contribute to standardization and automation efforts • Operate effectively in an evolving environment while maintaining strong control discipline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field • Must be fluent in English • Knowledge of regional payroll regulations • Strong attention to detail • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Payroll certification is a plus where applicable • German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or Turkish is a plus
