âą Conduct active outbound prospecting for opportunities across Zendesk, Blip, monday.com and Salesforce. âą Conduct initial diagnostics with leads to understand pain points, context, and digital maturity. âą Qualify leads consultatively, generating high-quality opportunities for the Account Executives team. âą Build segmented lists and execute multichannel cadences (email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp). âą Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and outreach messaging. âą Keep the CRM consistently updated and standardized. âą Support the creation of scripts and outreach materials in partnership with Marketing. âą Monitor pipeline generation and conversion metrics.
âą Bachelor's degree âą One year of experience in active opportunity prospecting (outbound) âą Familiarity with Zendesk, Blip, monday.com, and Salesforce âą Proficiency with CRM systems âą Ability to generate qualified leads âą Skill in keeping CRM reports up to date âą Ease collaborating with Marketing and Account Executive teams
