• We are seeking a Channel Account Executive who can expand our ACE partner ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and managing Trusted Advisors, Technology Service Brokers (TSBs), and Agents. • As the primary partner contact, this role drives strategic business plans, sales enablement, and partner success with Versa’s solutions to generate revenue growth. • Partner Recruitment & Development – Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential partners, ensuring alignment with Versa’s sales strategy. • Sales Enablement – Train partners on Versa’s products, sales tools, and competitive positioning to enhance their effectiveness. • Pipeline Management – Track deal registrations, monitor sales performance, and drive revenue impact through partner-led opportunities. • Marketing & Demand Generation – Support partner marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and industry event participation to increase market presence. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Analyze sales data, optimize partner engagement strategies, and track KPIs to ensure goal achievement.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the SaaS industry. • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners. • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present to and influence key stakeholders. • Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of Networking and Security solutions and technology trends. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
