📋 Description
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline with accurate forecasting • Acquire new clients and develop them into recurring partners • Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, qualification, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closure • Translate client objectives into activation concepts and provide market feedback to product and go-to-market strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to win new business with FMCG brands • At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or related fields • Experience promoting and selling integrated Shopper Activation campaigns • Sales background with the ability to translate customer objectives into activation concepts • Fluent in German and English
