📋 Description

• Partner with functional leaders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into AI-enabled operational solutions • Design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, or scalability across functions • Establish and maintain an inventory of AI tools, vendors, and use cases in active use; compare and contrast with traditional B2B SaaS business applications • Define and track measurements related to business impact, adoption, and operational effectiveness of AI-enabled workflows • Coordinate with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure AI-enabled solutions meet required standards without slowing delivery • Enable responsible scaling of AI-driven workflows as adoption increases • Monitor AI-enabled processes in production and address performance or control gaps • Other operations-related responsibilities, as required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business transformation roles • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment • Proven experience implementing or working with AI-enabled and automation platforms , including: Salesforce (AI features, automation, workflows), HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM workflows), Gong (conversation intelligence, AI insights), Microsoft Copilot (productivity and workflow automation), Claude / ChatGPT or similar generative AI tools • Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven workflows and solutions • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders • Strong analytical skills with ability to define and measure business impact and ROI of AI initiatives • Ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability in AI adoption • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
