Description

• Play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious revenue growth objectives • Own and manage the sales cycle in assigned territory • Develop a retirement plan sales pipeline • Convert organic and sourced leads into retirement plan sales • Source and convert organic leads • Manage and deliver on plan sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• 2+ years in a B2B sales, preferably in retirement, FinTech, payroll, or a similar industry • Ability to carry a plan sale over the entire sales cycle • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating a top-notch selling environment • Self-starter who can operate well in a collaborative team environment • Good knowledge of Salesforce and other Sales technology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and adapt to changing needs
