📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to reduce churn across the customer portfolio • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with client companies • Monitor and ensure the satisfaction of companies using VExpenses • Participate in customer meetings and track their expectations regarding the value delivered by VExpenses solutions • Proactively manage customers in the portfolio through frequent communication to build relationships and identify issues requiring attention

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to work 40 hours per week • Proven experience in Customer Success, specifically managing a B2B customer portfolio • Experience in customer retention and churn prevention • Experience with cross-selling and upselling techniques • Experience with Health Score, NPS, CSAT, KPIs, and OKRs • Experience as a CSM, Customer Success Analyst, or in a related role • Strong organizational skills to manage information from multiple customers • Negotiation skills • Empathy • Teamwork • Excellent communication skills • Experience working at a startup and/or SaaS company is a plus • Experience with projects involving artificial intelligence is a plus • Experience with Pipedrive is a plus • Interest in technology and dynamic work environments is a plus
