📋 Description

• Ensure achievement of the district’s financial and operational objectives; • Accompany representatives in their daily field demand activities, establishing contact with key customers; • Coordinate the team’s work, monitoring individual and group targets; • Develop action plans and ensure their execution, delegating responsibilities and periodically reviewing planned results to correct any deviations; • Manage people development by providing support according to individual needs and using tools such as coaching and situational leadership; • Identify team training and professional development needs and develop individual development plans; • Properly manage available tools to ensure team performance and make use of relevant audit data for the team; • Manage material and financial resources allocated to the business; • Ensure understanding and effective implementation of product marketing strategies, creating action plans for the district; • Work collaboratively with peers, serving as an example for the team you lead; • Maintain broad communication with opinion leaders and medical societies, engaging with them and with KOLs in the regions, as well as with government bodies, professional associations and medical organizations; • Plan and conduct events (conventions, congresses, medical meetings and symposia) and monitor relationships with key customers through scientific meetings, relationship-building and business activities; • Interface with Viatris internal areas (Medical, Product, Marketing, Training, Commercial/Sales and Sales Excellence) to provide field and competitor intelligence, contributing to the development of promotional strategies and new products and services; • Manage human resources by sizing the team, defining professional profiles, reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates; • Communicate Compliance rules and ensure their effective enforcement.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field. • Experience: Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. • Desirable: understanding of the day-to-day operations of a commercial/sales corporate area. • Proficiency in influence and negotiation techniques. • Languages: English desirable (for occasional participation in meetings and conference calls).
