Description

• Lead the deployment and adoption of SaaS solutions for clinical trials • Develop detailed project plans and timelines • Manage project documentation in Atlassian Confluence and Jira • Act as the primary point of contact for clients • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors • Conduct quality assurance activities and solicit feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of customer facing Project Manager experience in a SaaS, CTMS, EDC, Patient Recruitment or other Clinical Trials services environment • Minimum 3 years of Clinical Research experience • Strong knowledge of FDA and International Conference of Harmonization and Good Clinical Practices Guidelines • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Organized with attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices • PMP certification is preferred • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Cloud is preferred • Integrated Management Office or Project Management Office experience is preferred
