📋 Description

• Perform analysis of operational and fraud-prevention processes of low to medium complexity; • Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and identify risk patterns; • Meet established SLAs, ensuring speed, accuracy and accountability in deliveries; • Ensure activities comply with internal policies and the regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN); • Collaborate with different internal areas, handling tickets and requests from other departments with a focus on process efficiency and problem resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in progress or completed in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; • Experience in fraud-prevention activities; • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools; • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good communication; • Willingness to learn and develop technically; • Proactivity, responsibility and a collaborative mindset; • Experience with data analytics tools (BI, SQL, Tableau and Python); • Knowledge of the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) regulations and market best practices in fraud prevention; • Experience in financial institutions or fintechs.
