📋 Description

• Ensure the agile and efficient delivery of the best solutions for clients, focusing on successful implementation and a high-quality customer experience • Lead kickoff meetings with new clients, aligning objectives, scope, timelines, responsibilities, and success criteria • Ensure projects remain aligned with the previously defined schedule by tracking milestones and commitments with all stakeholders • Conduct implementation and go-live checklists with clients • Work closely with the technical team, translating client needs into practical tasks, supporting prioritization, and monitoring execution through completion • Proactively monitor projects, identifying risks, removing blockers, requesting updates, and ensuring deadlines and alignment • Manage interactions through WhatsApp Business, answering questions related to implementation, features, and operations • Identify incidents/defects and opportunities for improvement, proposing adjustments to the customer experience and/or internal processes • Document customer account data, procedures, business model, and other relevant details, ensuring an effective handoff and alignment with the responsible teams • Track and report team metrics, promoting collaboration with other Asaas teams

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Experience in project management, including scope, timelines, risks, and communication across multiple teams • Experience working with clients and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders • Experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar tools • Previous knowledge of or experience in fintech, payment processing, acquiring, collections, or financial services • Familiarity with technology solutions and digital products, such as e-commerce, online services, and SaaS platforms, with the ability to understand integrations and operational workflows • Intermediate English proficiency is a plus • Project management experience is a plus
