Description

• Develop procedures, guidelines and internal controls for complex accounting transactions • Research and prepare periodic financial reports and technical accounting memos • Liaise with other departments for analysis and insights • Preparation and review of account reconciliations and journal entries • Assist with Company’s annual financial statement audit • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements • Perform ad hoc projects and strategic analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business • 6+ years of experience, CPA preferred • Public company reporting experience required • Healthtech experience preferred • In-depth understanding of US GAAP • Ability to proactively and creatively approach problem solving • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy • Excellent critical thinking skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
