Description

• As a Data Analyst on the Insights & Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in the timely delivery of external reports to our customers and support the transformation and standardization of inbound data files. • You will also get a chance to work closely with other Commercial Team stakeholders to create impactful data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations. • This contractor role is an opportunity to apply your analytical skills to real-world challenges, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience working with healthcare data • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases • Solid understanding of data storage, ETL frameworks, data transformation, and validation. • Experience in building BI dashboards using tools such as Looker or Tableau. • Willingness to collaborate with internal teams to comprehend data structures and contribute to the development of scalable systems and pipelines. • Ability to navigate imperfect data and adjust to dynamic environments with shifting priorities. • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to fulfill analytics or reporting requirements.
