Description

• Design various products, ranging from clinical care delivery tools to user-facing mobile applications • Conduct user research and develop user-centric solutions • Facilitate co-creation workshops and own the end-to-end design process • Test and iterate designs rapidly and contribute to the evolution of design practices • Expected to integrate with the team, understand Virta's ecosystem, master design tools, and collaborate actively within the first 90 days

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design • Expertise in design tools like Figma • Independence in managing projects and problem-solving • Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills • Preference for in-house roles, ideally in the healthcare sector • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements
