• Support clients by acting as a frontline liaison to users of the software platform • Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with utility client network • Oversee program rollouts and guide coordination and management • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent project execution • Improve internal processes to respond to client questions and feedback • Contribute to strategies for internal growth targets and satisfaction scores • Coordinate with team members for client-reported issues • Other duties, as assigned
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • 10+ years of experience in consulting, customer service, sales, account management, project management, or a combination thereof • Energy/Utility industry experience required • Strong understanding of the utility/energy space • Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through • Experience working within a web-based CRM ecosystem such as Salesforce, or Hubspot. • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and other online collaboration tools • A collaborative and growth-oriented mindset that thrives when quickly learning new things • A critical mind and problem-solving skills • Good time-management skills • Nice to have: Experience working remotely • A knack for data analysis
