📋 Description

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly across phone, email, and social media messaging platforms • Conduct inbound and outbound customer support calls • Support customer service needs across online marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, Catch, Kogan, and TradeMe • Follow up on customer sample and swatch requests • Manage customer review responses to maintain high satisfaction levels • Learn and interpret the detailed product catalogue, focusing on custom seat covers • Assist the broader team in processing customer orders accurately • Input details into HubSpot and assign tasks to relevant support personnel • Capture weekend customer activity to help reduce the Monday backlog

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, telephone support, or administrative role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Professional, friendly, and helpful phone manner • High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace • Experience interpreting complex or technical product catalogues • Prior experience within the automotive parts or accessories sector • Experience using customer management tools like HubSpot, Hiver, or Smartsheet • Familiarity with ERP software or legacy databases such as AS400 and Oscar • Availability to work the specified schedules in PH time
