Join our client’s team as a Business Development & Customer Relationship Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in expanding the reach and impact of cutting-edge recruitment tools. • In this position, you’ll work with a leading platform that empowers recruitment professionals through advanced tools and streamlined processes. Your role will involve driving new business, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring clients maximize the value of their solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to onboard new clients and expand market reach. • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and demonstrate how innovative recruitment tools can address their challenges. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. • Reporting: Provide regular updates on client activity, feedback, and business development progress. • Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within the SaaS or recruitment tech sectors. • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and challenges (preferred). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Familiarity with CRM systems and online collaboration tools. • Flexibility to work UK business hours.
