Understand the scope of work dedicated two each team member, create a comprehensive collaborative environment for them to share and escalate • Plan, monitore and control all activities related to all assets\product development and roll-out, enabling a high level view of a situation • Work in close collaboration with internal production teams to ensure successful execution, Make sure all projects are on track, deliver solutions using the established best practices and in accordance with the agreed SLAs\project timelines • Be responsible for monitoring statuses and budget expenditures, escalating any existing issues to the relevant personnel (Accountant Director) • Identify and deal with any potential problems at early stages and provide solutions before the situation becomes critical. • Keep track of possible risks, and establish plan for their mitigation • Manage communication with key stakeholders • Provide day-to-day monitoring and control of the overall request level and their statuses across all portfolios of projects
• Experience in working with international clients • Knowledge of main CRM systems • Good understanding of design creation tools will be considered as a Competitive Advantage • Experience in B2B • Experience with Jira, Creatio, Office 365 • Knowledge of Veeva CRM and SFMC • Designing user interfaces for websites or applications • Project management skills • Fluency in English • Knowledge of foreign languages other than English • Advanced communication and presentation skills • Ability to handle multitasking productively • Ability to learn new information and get accustomed to new working tools quickly • Great team player: proactive, responsible, optimistic, flexible, organized, helpful • Time management and stress resistance skills
