• - Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across different departments and seniority levels • - Support short-term, high-priority hiring needs during this temporary contract period • - Source, screen, and manage candidates through all stages of the interview process • - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and near-term hiring needs • - Conduct screening calls and coordinate interview and selection processes • - Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders • - Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience • - Assist with onboarding activities as needed • - Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned
• - 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment • - Experience recruiting across multiple functions and role levels simultaneously • - Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting best practices • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • - Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic, growing organization • - Strong interview and assessment skills, including evaluating both technical and cultural fit • - High comfort level using applicant tracking systems; Workable experience is a plus • - Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse, high-quality talent • - Commitment to Inclusion and Diversity in all aspects of recruiting • - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment • - Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
