• You make calls and follow up — you learn what works and build the AI-driven system that takes care of the rest. • You conduct the initial conversations with inbound leads, identify their needs, and recognize patterns emerging from these calls. • Together with our Marketing Lead you build the sales engine: they handle nurturing and marketing, you own the sales side. • You create and own the sequences, follow-ups, and prioritized lead list — using AI. • You hand off pre-qualified meetings to our closing team so they only enter conversations that are a true fit.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, telephone acquisition, or inside sales. • Fluent in German, good command of English. • Persistence is your superpower — you pick up the phone without overthinking. • Systems thinking — you prefer building repeatable, automatable processes over daily improvisation. • AI is second nature to you — you use AI tools daily and want to actively integrate AI into your sales process.
