📋 Description

• Execute manual HRIS/payroll integrations for client groups • Set up TPA access in client payroll systems, run census uploads, and validate employee data including SSNs, DOBs, and employment statuses • Coordinate with clients to resolve missing or mismatched information • Support the ACA Autopilot program by uploading monthly pending offers reports • Collect and normalize client payroll files to Vitable's template • Prepare data submissions to the compliance analytics partner • Own recurring monthly data operations end to end, tracking due, outstanding, and at-risk items • Audit enrollment and eligibility data for discrepancies and drive issues to resolution with clients and internal teams • Document and refine internal workflows, runbooks, and data-formatting standards • Partner with Customer Success, Customer Operations, and Sales to ensure client-facing teams have accurate data

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, benefits administration, payroll, or HRIS support • Experience working with payroll or HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Viventium, Rippling, or similar is a strong plus • Comfort working with spreadsheets and structured data, including cleaning files, spotting discrepancies, and following data-formatting standards with precision • Familiarity with ICHRA, HRA, ACA compliance, or US health insurance marketplaces is a strong plus • Proficiency with HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple client groups and recurring deadlines simultaneously • Based in Mexico, the Philippines, Costa Rica, or Belize (required) • Strong understanding of employee benefits • Experience with CRMs such as Zendesk or Intercom
