📋 Description

• Structuring Quality of Life action plans; • Defining the annual schedule of activities related to Quality of Life programs; • Identifying service providers capable of delivering the programs outlined in the plan; • Establishing a communication framework to support health initiatives; • Presenting best practices developed by companies (based on client experience and benchmarking); • Monitoring service providers’ deliverables (KPIs and frequency); • Calculating and presenting the ROI of programs (after a minimum of 12 months of implementation);

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Health or Administrative field; • Experience managing Quality of Life programs; • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); • Clear and effective interpersonal communication; • Analytical ability and conflict resolution skills; • Good interpersonal relationships and a collaborative spirit; • Proactivity in identifying and implementing actions; • Desire to educate and encourage healthy lifestyle habits; • Person-centered service and customer focus; • Friendly and courteous interpersonal manner; • Commitment to deadlines, targets, and results; • Punctuality and professional discipline.
