📋 Description

• Manage key retail accounts on-site, primarily REWE and EDEKA • Acquire new supermarkets • Advise and support newly acquired supermarkets • Ensure 100% distribution • Implement campaigns and promotions on supermarket shelves • Represent vly in the Cologne region as well as at trade fairs and events • Develop relationships at occasional events outside Berlin

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience managing retail partners in the field for an FMCG company • Strong knowledge of the retail sector and familiarity with CHEP, NR, displays, and EAN • Completed vocational training, university degree, or trainee program, ideally with a focus on sales • Strong negotiation skills and ambition • Confident working with numbers, Excel, and PowerPoint • Friendly and persistent sales talent • Interest in innovative products and identification with a healthy lifestyle • Excellent German skills • Fluent English • Willingness to thrive in a start-up culture with flat hierarchies and plenty of opportunities
