• Support employee relations matters and workplace concerns. • Conduct investigations, fact-finding, and documentation reviews. • Review policies, procedures, corrective actions, and workforce communications. • Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and organizational initiatives. • Identify potential employee relations, hiring, compliance, and operational risks. • Participate in project launches and workforce readiness planning. • Partner with recruiting teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives. • Assist with policy development and organizational communications. • Support leadership discussions and organizational planning. • Provide recommendations and workforce-related insights. • Serve as a trusted People Operations resource across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition, or related experience. • Strong employee relations experience. • Experience supporting leadership and executive stakeholders. • Strong business writing and communication skills. • Experience assessing workplace, compliance, or operational risks. • Preferred • - Experience supporting multinational workforces. • - Experience supporting project launches and organizational change initiatives. • - Experience working in high-growth organizations.
