‱ Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people ‱ Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas ‱ Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why ‱ Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities ‱ Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, hybrid, casual) ‱ Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools)

🎯 Requirements

‱ Fully proficient with video editing and content creation ‱ Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity ‱ Creative and have a hacker mindset ‱ Understand how your creations drive marketing performance ‱ Fluent in English, both oral and written ‱ Fluent in Russian, both oral and written ‱ At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role ‱ Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual
