• You represent the company in the region vis-à-vis authorities, municipal utilities, transport companies, and local stakeholders from administration, politics, institutions and civil society. • You support the implementation, safeguarding and development of the company's existing advertising concession agreements in close coordination with the team, the executive management, the heads of other business units and the sales offices. • Within the team, you are one of the contact persons for tendering procedures for advertising concession contracts in the West region. • As an important interface, you maintain direct communication with the Managing Director of City Marketing and with other project managers. • You are responsible for developing and maintaining a network in the political and pre-political spheres in the partner cities mentioned. • You monitor current political developments and issues and specifically follow local political developments and regulatory legislative initiatives. • You are part of the company's digital transformation by supporting the introduction and establishment of digital out-of-home advertising media.
• You have a degree in law, political or social sciences, economics, or a comparable qualification. • You have initial professional experience at the interface of administration, politics, public enterprises and business. • You bring sound knowledge of local and political structures in the region and ideally an existing network. • You have a strong communication profile – both in face-to-face and written communication you can engage diverse stakeholders. • You work independently, in a structured way and with a high level of quality awareness. • You are willing to travel regionally; occasional long-distance/supra-regional business trips may be required. • Attending evening and weekend events occasionally is not an obstacle for you and is something you enjoy. • You have good proficiency in MS Office.
