Wals Professional Services GmbH is a B2B e‑commerce automation and integration specialist that helps online retailers integrate and automate ERP, shop and logistics processes. As an official weclapp and Exact partner they build and support cloud-based plugins, workflows (Power Automate, n8n, Make. com) and API integrations for fulfillment, shipping carriers and accounting to reduce manual work and enable scalable operations. They provide implementation, custom automation, off-the-shelf plugins and ongoing support for companies using ERP/shop/fulfillment stacks.

📋 Description

• You support our customers across the entire weclapp lifecycle — during onboarding, implementation and ongoing support. • You capture functional requirements clearly, document them in a structured way and communicate them to the development team. • You configure weclapp according to common e-commerce processes and agreed specifications. • You implement smaller automations and adjustments yourself — e.g. n8n flows, API calls or data imports and mappings — and involve the dev team for more complex tasks. • You assist the development team in implementing solutions and SaaS plugins for weclapp. • You conduct onboarding training, produce documentation and help teams use their weclapp system securely and effectively. • You analyze support and interface issues (shop, marketplace, payment, carriers such as DPD, Sendcloud or Shipcloud), identify root causes and drive them to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid weclapp knowledge and initial practical experience — from a consulting, in-house or support role in e-commerce. • Good ERP process understanding (order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, master data, workflows) and basic accounting/finance knowledge. • Basic technical understanding with a hands-on approach: you can read APIs and data structures, understand automations and build smaller flows or scripts yourself (e.g. n8n, REST/JSON). • Openness to AI-supported work: you actively use modern AI tools (e.g. LLMs/assistants) in daily work and want to expand that use. • Structured, solution-oriented working style: you listen carefully, ask clear questions and document precisely. • Very good German AND English skills, spoken and written.
