📋 Description

• Support in two key service areas for Deutsche Bahn: Mobility Service Center (MSZ) and Deutschland-Ticket / Go Rheinland. • Booking travel for passengers with disabilities and assisting with individual requirements. • Planning routes and journeys as well as coordinating service staff for passenger pick-up. • Answering questions about the Deutschland-Ticket and resolving invoice and payment reminder issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone-based work. • Empathy and helpfulness when assisting passengers with disabilities. • Some experience in customer service or call centers is ideal but not required. • Good PC skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed with Microsoft Teams, email and chat. • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written. • Willingness to work in a shift system from Monday to Sunday. • Permanent residence in Germany.
