⢠Provide first-level IT support in-house via an internal hotline and ticketing system ⢠Support employees of the walter services group of companies with IT-related matters ⢠Install software and perform updates ⢠Monitor hardware and software
đŻ Requirements
⢠Initial professional experience in a comparable role ⢠Strong technical aptitude ⢠Ideally, vocational training in IT or comparable qualifications; career changers with relevant knowledge are welcome ⢠Reliable, with the ability to work independently and carefully ⢠Good written and spoken German ⢠Ideally, experience with Microsoft client and server products ⢠Willingness to learn about new technologies
