📋 Description

• Acquire new clients and sell the specialized service portfolio, including social media services, community management, and marketing campaigns • Build long-term client partnerships, analyze market potential, and develop targeted sales strategies • Manage sales activities and proposals with a focus on sales success • Develop tailored marketing approaches and support their implementation in coordination with specialist teams • Collaborate with the Head of New Business and the operational units of gkk and the walter services Group • Document sales progress in the CRM system, monitor market trends, and derive concrete sales initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Solid practical experience in B2B sales or key account management for services—ideally in marketing, social media, community management, or agency services • Strong customer focus, a keen understanding of digital trends, and persuasive communication skills when engaging with decision-makers and C-level clients • Independent, solution-oriented approach, strong initiative, and flexibility in a dynamic environment • Willingness to attend regular on-site client meetings as well as industry events and trade shows
