📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles. • Drive proactive sourcing using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities. • Conduct structured screening interviews (soft skills + basic tech understanding). • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and evaluation criteria. • Own the communication flow: scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, offers.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in IT/technical recruitment • Experience hiring across multiple technical domains • Strong sourcing background, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray search. • Hands-on experience managing 10+ open roles simultaneously • Skilled in ATS usage • Solid understanding of engineering terminology and tech stacks.
