📋 Description

• Actively acquire new customers within the assigned sales territory • Handle inbound channels in the assigned sales territory • Identify and qualify sales opportunities • Conduct needs analyses to determine optimization and cost-saving potential • Build sustainable customer relationships from first contact to contract signing • Independently develop, manage and close sales opportunities • Create customer-specific solution concepts using a modular system • Perform profitability and savings potential analyses using Excel • Present process and cost advantages to customers and decision-makers • Conduct proposal and contract negotiations • Manage and develop existing key accounts with more than 200 employees • Analyze revenue and growth opportunities • Manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction • Develop long-term customer strategies • Build and maintain strategic partnerships in the region • Acquire and manage multipliers such as consultants, associations, dealers, sales partners and purchasing organizations • Develop joint sales activities and lead generation initiatives • Expand a regional network to support new customer acquisition • Plan, organize and conduct customer visits • Organize and conduct on-site appointments at customer locations and laundries • Independently plan travel and territories • Document and track all sales activities in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales or field sales • Experience in new customer acquisition • Knowledge of conducting needs analyses • Confident use of Excel to prepare profitability assessments • Basic business administration understanding • Experience in negotiation and contract closing • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to consistently pursue and close sales opportunities • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently • Ability to win customers, partners and multipliers for long-term business relationships
