Description
• Channel Account Manager (CAM) responsible for promoting and selling security products • Supporting assigned WatchGuard partners • Quoting, training, lead generation, and follow-up • Assisting with event support, forecasting, and tracking • Collaborating with sales and field marketing teams • Meeting transaction, growth, and retention goals • Keeping up-to-date knowledge of industry and competition • Preparing activity and forecast reports
Requirements
• Experience with two-tier/channel sales ecosystem • Preferred experience in network/cyber security space • History of sales excellence • Strong presentation and written skills • Ability to self-manage and work remotely • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM • 5+ years of experience in direct and indirect sales • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing
