📋 Description

• Identify and research prospective clients within targeted industries and regions. • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking platforms to introduce our recruitment services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. • Understand client needs and pain points to effectively propose our recruitment solutions. • Collaborate with senior business developers to develop tailored client acquisition strategies. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation. • Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales opportunities. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely. • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets. • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
