• First point of contact for prospective customers by phone • Call handling and documentation of project details • Use of CRM systems to manage inquiries
🎯 Requirements
• Enrolled at a university for at least two semesters • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or a similar role • Service-oriented with strong communication skills • Confident handling of common technical/digital tools • German language skills at C1 level
