📋 Description

• Communicate agile values and principles to teams and management • Define target states and create individual “Agile Transformation Roadmaps” • Establish continuous learning and an open error culture • Foster the development of an agile mindset

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications • Proven professional and project experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or Agile Coach in consulting • A deeply ingrained agile mindset • Practical experience supporting and coaching agile teams • Empathy and strong communication skills, with a pronounced team spirit • Business-fluent German and English and willingness to travel
