📋 Description

• Teach practical, job-relevant expertise in pricing policy and merchandise costing for the retail sector • Design engaging, action-oriented lessons • Teach topics including pricing policy, legal fundamentals, pricing strategies, price formation, pricing instruments, and merchandise costing • Instruct on calculation methods such as forward calculation, backward calculation, and differential calculation • Conduct practical calculation exercises and case studies • Support participants in understanding and applying pricing policy and merchandise costing in practice • Develop participants’ practical competencies and prepare them for the demands of retail and sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, further education, or a degree in retail, sales, commerce, or business administration • Several years of professional experience in retail, wholesale, or sales • Strong knowledge of pricing policy, merchandise costing, and commercial law • Ideally experience as a trainer, instructor, or lecturer in adult education • Enjoyment in conveying knowledge clearly and practically • Strong communication skills, a broad range of teaching methods, and digital competence
