📋 Description

• Convey practical, hands-on expertise in pricing policy and merchandise costing for the retail sector • Deliver engaging, action-oriented instruction • Support participants in understanding the interrelationships between pricing policy and merchandise costing • Enable participants to confidently apply this expertise in professional practice • Foster practical competence • Prepare participants for the demands of retail and sales • Teach price decisions, pricing strategies, price formation, pricing instruments, trade terms/discount policies, and merchandise costing • Use practical calculation exercises and case studies

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, advanced training, or a degree in trade, sales, marketing, or business administration • Several years of professional experience in retail, wholesale, or sales • Solid knowledge of pricing policy, merchandise costing, and trade law • Ideally, experience as a trainer, instructor, or lecturer in adult education • Enjoy teaching and conveying knowledge clearly and practically • Strong communication skills, a variety of teaching methods, and digital competency
