📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply various teaching methods to structure and deliver classes • Prepare and develop course-related learning materials based on the curriculum • Conduct competency assessments • Support participants’ skills development as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator • Represent the field with passion and foresight • Support people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or a comparable qualification • At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience • In-depth knowledge and skills in various areas of software development and information technology • Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript • Practical experience in software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies • Knowledge of databases and SQL • Knowledge of software architecture and design • Knowledge of virtualization with Hyper-V • Knowledge of operating systems, system architecture, and security practices • Interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the ability to integrate them into teaching • Demonstrated pedagogical aptitude, e.g., an instructor qualification under AEVO • Very good command of German, the language of instruction, at C2 level • Strong methodological and didactic skills in conveying course content • Independent, structured approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
