📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons • Prepare and develop learning materials aligned with the curriculum • Conduct assessments to measure learners’ competency growth • Represent the subject area with passion and foresight • Foster the professional development of course participants • Act as a source of input and a learning facilitator • Support people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

🎯 Requirements

• Training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or an equivalent qualification • At least five years of verifiable professional experience • Solid knowledge and skills in various areas of software development and information technology • Comprehensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript • Practical software development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies • Knowledge of databases and SQL • Knowledge of software architecture and design • Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V • Knowledge of operating systems, system architecture, and security practices • Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level) • Demonstrable pedagogical qualification, such as an instructor certificate under the German AEVO standard • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content • Independent, structured approach to work, combined with a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage • Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into instruction
