📋 Description

• As an employee of WBS TRAINING SE, you represent your subject area with passion and foresight. • In your role as a trainer, the primary goal is the competency development of course participants. • In designing your lessons, you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a supporter in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related instruction delivered from the home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D ® • Application of various teaching methods for lesson design • Direct participation in the implementation and further development of our "Praxiswerkstatt" (practical workshop) • Enthusiasm for integrating adaptive learning concepts with AI support • Participation in quality assurance measures • Very good command of German (C2 language level)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a public administration clerk (Verwaltungsfachangestellte:r) or a higher-level qualification • Solid knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: • Public finance • Administrative organisation • Digital administration with a focus on AI and customer orientation • Proof of pedagogical aptitude is desirable
