📋 Description

• Support participants throughout their qualification/training • Assist with technical questions in financial accounting, tax law and accounting • Conduct learning progress meetings and document learning advancements • Identify support needs and develop appropriate solutions • Promote independent learning and effective learning organization • Support the use of digital learning media and learning platforms • Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational qualification with professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • Solid knowledge of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping according to HGB • Good knowledge of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss (P&L) and income surplus statement (EÜR) • Good knowledge of German tax law, in particular VAT, income tax and the Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung) • Proficient user-level knowledge of DATEV • Knowledge of cost and performance accounting (KLR) and basics of controlling • Ideally experience as a trainer or lecturer • Proof of pedagogical aptitude/qualification
